ACCESS:
Guests have access to enjoy the entire estate and grounds including the private beach, hammocks, sun loungers, outdoor palapa, two outdoor dining tables (each comfortably sit up 6 persons), the Villa, Villa porch, and the 330-foot pier!

Guests also have access the Restaurant and Bar just south of the Estate.
Guests also have access to our neighboring resort pool also just South of the Estate for a fee. (Day passes may be purchased in the Office - Guests must check-in and purchase passes for pool access).

SPACE:

The living rooms are each equipped with a queen-size sofa bed. Ideal for couples, friends, or families traveling together, the private estate can comfortably host up to 12 guests, making it the ultimate retreat. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

TRANSIT:
Book your flights from your origin to the Philip Goldson International Belize Airport located on the mainland.
Once you arrive, travel by plane or ferry to Ambergris Caye, where your Belizean adventure begins! Your friendly 24/7 concierge can reserve and coordinate your travel preference.

Transportation to the Villa once on Island:
Golf Cart - Complimentary escort to villa with golf cart rental

GOLF CART:
Approximate Travel Time: 35 - 50 mins (Travel time may vary due to weather and road conditions).

When you rent a golf cart with us, we will greet you upon arrival on the island (weather by plane or ferry) with a luggage carryall and your personal Villa Escort. We will escort you via golf cart 9 miles from town to the private estate on the North East side of the island.

Our concierge can reserve your travel accommodations from the mainland to the island whether by ferry or plane (guest preference). Please provide us your International flight details once your flights are secured.

We will assist with your luggage transport and if desired stop at local groceries before escorting you to your villa (included with Golf Cart Rental).
We highly recommend renting golf carts so that you can enjoy and fully experience all the island has to offer!

TAXI:

For guests with spine or back problems we suggest Cab or Boat Transfers for arrival.
Your concierge can coordinate your arrival with one of our local, licensed, and insured cab drivers.

-Please note that the island may be affected by shifting seasonal currents and weather patterns causing an influx of seaweed at the beach. During heavy production seasons we clean the Estate's beach daily (weather permitting)!

-On this tropical island, expect sun, rain, and bugs. Bring suitable gear like sunblock and bug repellent. Additional supplies are available for purchase at the office reception if needed.

-The road North is partially paved and can be bumpy depending on seasonal rains and the last time paved (if someone in your group has spine problems, please speak to your concierge for alternative methods of transportation such as boat and taxi transfers). If traveling at night, remember to switch on your golf cart lights. The road is lit up until mile 8.5.
