Welcome to Good Vibe Oasis. We want you to relax, feel at home and enjoy everything this beautiful apartment and peaceful community have to offer. We simply ask that you treat the property and our neighbours with the same care and respect you would your own home.
- Registered guests only: Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight at the property. Please contact us in advance regarding any visitors.
- No parties or events: Good Vibe Oasis is situated within a small, peaceful residential community. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Respect our neighbours: Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and early morning, and observe any community quiet hours displayed at the property.
- Communal pool: Please follow all displayed community pool rules. Children must be appropriately supervised at all times. Glassware should not be taken into the pool area.
- No smoking inside: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment. If smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor area, please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly and never throw them from the property.
- No pets: Good Vibe Oasis is a pet-free holiday property.
- Private solarium: Please enjoy the solarium responsibly and be mindful of neighbouring properties. Do not throw or allow any items to fall from the terrace or solarium.
- Air conditioning & heating: Please use the air-conditioning units responsibly and switch them off when leaving the apartment for extended periods. Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning or heating is operating.
- Allocated parking: One allocated parking space is provided. Please park only in the designated space and ensure access for neighbouring properties is never obstructed.
- Care of the property: Please treat all furniture, furnishings, appliances and equipment with care. Let Key Care Property Management know promptly about any accidental damage, breakage or maintenance issue.
- Before departure: Please dispose of rubbish in the designated community bins, wash or load used dishes, remove food from the fridge and take all personal belongings with you. There is no need to strip the beds or carry out a full clean.
- Safety: Please do not tamper with smoke detectors or other safety equipment. In a serious emergency, call 112 first and then contact Key Care Property Management once it is safe to do so.
- Check-out: Please ensure windows and doors are securely closed and follow the check-out/key instructions provided before departure.
