„Das Zimmer war wirklich schön, aus dem Bad hat sich allerdings ein übler Geruch nach faulen Eiern verbreitet, der auch nach 3 Tagen lüften nicht besser wurde. Der Strand vorm Hotel ist wegen Seegras nicht zum Baden geeignet und der Weg in die Stadt nur mit Golfcart oder Taxi (10€) machbar.“

„We very much enjoyed our stay at Xanadu Island resort. The hotel is hidden in a lush setting. The bedrooms are comfortable although they are not as roomy as they look on the pictures. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There are golf carts for rent and bikes are complimentary, as well as kayaks. The pool is very pleasant and quiet. The only downside is the company used by the hotel for snorkeling, Lil'Alfonso. The guide is rude, arrogant and obnoxious. He makes you feel ...

„This place is not as advertised. Terrible wifi. Dilapidated exterior and surroundings. No beach access! Mosquito infestation m. I checked out the very next day and would have nit even stayed that night but was stranded. It’s a deserted island. Period! Don’t stay here!!!!!’nnnn“

„Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time. It's just as described, and Aileen, Randy, and their staff were all very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Our 4yo especially enjoyed spending lots of time in the pool! (Incidentally, we loved being able to enjoy the rooftop space, along with 2 patios off of our condo.) The property is very clean, well taken care of, and a wonderful place to stay while you explore the island. We also felt secure and appreciated being able to rent a cart from them ...

Paulina our housekeeper did an excellent job in maintaining the order and cleanness of our room. Mike the maintenance man educated us on the culture of the people of Ambergris Caye and recommended the best restaurants on the island. “
