„The rooms are dated but clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was an issue in our room and they offered to transfer us to another room right away. We declined as we were already settled and the issue was not a big deal but we appreciate the initiative. Will book this place again if we ever are in the area. “

„Das Lakehotel Tagaytaj ist wunderschön gelegen mit Blick auf den Taal Vulkan. Es liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Insofern sollte man ein Zimmer zum Garten/Vulkan buchen. Angrenzend an das Hotel finden sich mehrere nette Restaurants und Café's. Die Hotelzimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und old fashioned, aber bequem/rustikal eingerichtet. Philippinisches Frühstück, leider kalt gereicht, in einem Ballsaal statt Restaurant. Schöner Pool mit phantastischer Aussicht. “

„Ok stay, but would probably not stay there again. Considered as 4 Star Hotel however I would rate it at most 3 star. Breakfast rather basic Philipino food - quality rather on the low end. The most disturbing thing was that they cleaned various rooms at 11 pm in the evening with an incredible noise. Also, they cut the grass around the pool area after midnight which was an enormous noise. Only after complaining they stopped so. I would for the same price you might get a better option in this town. ...
