Cocoonr offers this 28 m² air-conditioned flat with shared pool for rent in San Nicolao, less than 80 metres from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 27 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette, a bedroom and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 27 m² air-conditioned living area with a TV lounge area featuring a double sofa bed (sleeps two) and a kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a pod coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge and hobs...
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and storage space
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a plancha, an ice cube maker and an air fryer.

Baby equipment (high chair, cot and baby bath) is available free of charge on request from the concierge service.

Outdoors:
- A 7.4 m² north-facing terrace with a table and chairs.
- A heated, shared swimming pool (8m x 20) within the residence, accessible via access card from May to September.

The flat is ideally located in San-Nicolao, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the island of beauty.
