This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self-catering apartment has wonderful views over the golf course, Atlantic Ocean, Montaña Roja and Mount Teide with plenty of sun on the terrace from early morning until sunset.

It is in a great location on the complex, this unit has a private entrance which is on the 1st Floor.

The terrace is private with amazing views of the golf course & ocean, it has a table, chairs and two sun loungers so you can enjoy the sun most of the day.

San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool with sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

The Main bedroom is spacious with a double bed which has plenty of space for a children’s cot if required. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, bedside tables with lamps and a window with a great view of Mount Teide. This bedroom has an en-suite with a shower, fitted unit with basin, mirror and WC.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, bedside table, a set of draws and a ceiling fan.

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need including a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, electric hob and extractor with a built-in oven, microwave and a washing machine.

Bathroom 2 two has a shower, sink basin with mirror and a WC.

The living and dining area has two, three-seater reclining sofas, coffee tables, smart TV. There is a dining table with four chairs in the living area and Air Conditioning. Please bear in mind that Air-Conditioning is chargeable.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
