"This apartment is perfect. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Piera was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The terrace wraps around the whole apartment and is delightful. The location cannot be beat. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and Aldo easily walkable to everything you will want to see, do and eat in Parma. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat.
