„Family of 5 here. This house definitely met our expectations. It was nice that the house provided some beach toys so it was less we had to worry about packing. The rooms worked out well for all of us and the upstairs is great for cooking and taking in the beautiful view. Short walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) and it was nice to be able to grill. The only thing missing for outside patio area would be a little table to be able to eat out there. Otherwise, great spot!“

„This property is fabulous! Being on Soquel Creek, even with people strolling the Riverwalk, was so peaceful and enjoyable! Parking spaces in Capitola are amazing and this had space for 2 if needed. And it all looks exactly like the pictures. We so enjoyed staying here and hated to leave! Would definitely recommend and return ourselves.“

The road and driveway up to the house are themselves quite an experience, and guests should be aware that there are quite a few stairs up to the large deck. “
