Welcome to our “Wonder World” Home! Step out our front door and go explore Wonder World Caves! We are walkable to Purgatory Creek Park and centrally located in San Marcos, allowing easy access to TX State University, the historic district, the San Marcos River, Tanger and Premium Outlet Malls, and the best local restaurants and coffee shops! Our home is newly remodeled, comfortable, and clean with everything a group needs to kick back and relax. Come stay and enjoy all San Marcos has to offer! Our home feels like a long, extended rancher With an open-concept living room, kitchen, and game room, it's perfect for groups of friends and family to gather, relax, and play!

We rent one private studio apartment at the far end of the house, but the spacious and newly remodeled home and backyard are all yours.

The primary suite has a king bed with an en suite bathroom, which boasts a custom walk-in shower.

Our second bedroom is a double queen with access to a hall bathroom.

Our third bedroom is also a double queen at the far end of the house and includes an en suite bathroom.

Everything has been recently updated, making the space feel fresh and relaxing!

Our home has a private studio apartment at one end, which we have a tenant in. Your area of the home is completely divided from this space, and it shouldn’t pose any concerns. Our tenant has a parking spot immediately in front of their door that is not accessible to our guests.

Keyless entry with a lock code will be sent to you before arrival with any other general instructions.
