The property is in a great location to Avila Beach. You can always hear the waves, which makes it extremely peaceful to sleep. Because of the location it does get noisy during the day with beach goers. Overall it is a great place to stay.

Amazing Location and Views!

We came to the Central Coast for wine tasting. This is the perfect house/condo for that! You have an amazing location, view, as well as comfortable beds, and accommodations. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Lovely Property! Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We were walking distance to everything and enjoyed the sound of the ocean while we slept. We would love the opportunity to stay again!

Spring break in Avila Beach

We have stayed at this property two times. The views and location cannot be beat! The property is clean and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. We enjoyed doing the puzzles from the games closet on the rainy days.

We LOVED staying at this condo, it was updated, clean, balcony was an amazing addition, garage was great for wagon and kids jogger storage, and location could not be better! We will be coming back next year!!

Perfect Spot by the Beach

The condo is a block form the beach with a great view from patio of ocean front. You can hear the waves crashing at night when you sleep. Condo was well setup for our family get together. We had 3 at the place and 2 more staying at hotel around the corner. Condo was large enough for us to have several meals at the condo for all 5 of us.

Weekend trip with family

This was our first time visiting Avila Beach. The property was great! The view from the front balcony was beautiful and we made sure to sit outside and just take in the view, the sound of the waves and the fresh air. The location was only a block away from the beach and having access to the garage for parking made it less stressful. The unit was upstairs and had plenty of room for our entire family. We were close enough to have our daughter who attends CP SLO come and stay with us for the short weekend. Will definitely book agin in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The stay was beautiful and we loved everything else about the place except the following concerns:The shelves in the kitchen closet were very heavy and the shelf holders were weak and plastic. My friend (who has a broken toe) was getting something from one of the shelves and all the shelves crashed to the floor. Fortunately, she was not hurtAlso the threshold out of the front door is lifting up and we had to be careful not to trip.Lastly, the front door lock was extremely tricky and we never mastered it.

Beautiful and Tranquil Retreat in the Heart of Avila Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was gorgeous, a block from the main strip in Avila! We got in around 11pm on Friday night, but still were able to walk down and grab a drink at Mr. Ricks. It was so nice to have all the amenities a block away, we spent the whole weekend wandering around the shops/eating/drinking/relaxing. It was a beautiful view from the house and so relaxing to be able to open up all of the windows and feel the ocean breeze. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Family and dog to visit friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Avila beach is a hidden gem. We came from Arizona that was over 100 degrees, so this place is paradise. The beach house is absolutely amazing. It’s actually really big and the ocean can be heard from every room. You get a big garage and another parking spot which really comes in handy. The best thing about this beach house is the patio. It is very spacious and looks right at the ocean. The living room also has several large windows with views of ocean. The place has everything you need cooking. The surrounding areas have restaurants, bars, wineries, goat farm, tons of walking paths and a golf course that is within walking distance. There are places to listen to live music a farmers market every week. Honestly my favorite place to vacation and my dog loved it so much too. I can’t say enough nice things about this beach house. will be returning to this place for my next big vacation.
