„I booked the Dubai Room mid March for 2 nights. I got there and the room smelled strongly of mildue and was very moist. Water was pouring in through the door because it is not designed correctly when it rains. The staff was accommodating and moved me to the New York room which was a 10/10. I do not recommend booking the Dubai suite but other rooms are a must. Manager is super nice and he acknowledged the issue. „First off, I will highlight the good. The location of this place is PERFECT and the view is absolutely spectacular.The host was also extremely friendly and helpful. Now for the bad. The place is what I would call a “landlord special”. It’s in horrible condition. The shower was broken and leaking so bad that it here were about six towels on the floor keeping the bathroom from flooding. „It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive.“
