The Space:

Sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 private bedrooms with 1.5 baths, on the ground floor of a residential building on Condado Avenue — a smart-value base for beach mornings and long dinners along Ashford Avenue.

Both are dressed in crisp, hotel-style white linens with plenty of pillows, and frosted windows keep the light soft and the rooms private.

An induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, full-size fridge and coffee maker, with dishes and cookware for breakfast and light meals. The dining table seats four — the natural spot for coffee, cards and the board games we leave for you.



Bathrooms

One full bathroom with shower and one half bath, so mornings move smoothly. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.



Beach Ready

Beach chairs and beach towels wait by the door; the sand is a 5-minute walk away.

Good to know: there is no living room. The apartment is designed for travelers who spend their days at the beach and their evenings out in Condado.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with smart-lock self check-in.

Condado is San Juan's walkable oceanfront district, lined with hotels, cafés and some of the city's best-loved restaurants — ideal for couples, friends and pet owners who want the beach by day and a great table by night.

Getting Around:

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is about 15 minutes away by car. Condado is very walkable, so the beach, restaurants and shops are all on foot. Uber and taxis are easy to find for trips to Old San Juan or Santurce, and electric scooters cover short hops along the coast. Parking in Condado is limited and paid (first-come, first-served), so we only recommend renting a car if you plan to explore beyond San Juan.

Arrival & Departure

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11:00 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

Keep in Mind (House Rules)

- Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren't permitted.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.

- Minimum check-in age is 21.

- Pets are welcome for a $150 fee per stay.

- This home uses NoiseAware, which measures noise levels only and never records audio.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. This property does not have a backup generator. During an outage, we recommend keeping devices charged in advance and being mindful of perishable food.

- Water Supply: This property does not have a backup water tank. In the event of a water service interruption, we recommend using water sparingly until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
