Terrasse in Alt-San Juan

Welcome to our historic Old San Juan property!

Stay in a spacious three-bedroom apartment featuring a king bed in the master and two additional bedrooms with queen beds—perfect for families or groups. The renovated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, and the comfortable living area opens to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy fresh air and city views. Please note that access to the apartment involves a steep spiral staircase, consistent with the building’s historic character. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind if you are visiting with large or heavy luggage. Due to the staircase design, the space may not be suitable for individuals with mobility limitations.

You’ll be just steps from restaurants, shops, and iconic landmarks like El Morro, making it easy to explore everything Old San Juan has to offer. This is a non-smoking, pet-free home with quiet hours after 10 PM. Puerto Rico may experience occasional power or water interruptions, and tropical insects are part of island life—earplugs and keeping lights off at night can help ensure restful evenings.

The property uses an eco-friendly solar hot water system. Hot water may take a moment to reach the tap—please let the water run briefly and turn the handle fully.

Please note: Old San Juan is a lively, historic district with an active nightlife and steady foot traffic. Street noise is to be expected, especially in the evenings and on weekends. During peak travel seasons, holidays, and local events, the area can become significantly busier, which may result in higher noise levels at all hours. This space is best suited for guests who enjoy being in the center of the action or who don’t mind the sounds of a vibrant city. Light sleepers may want to consider bringing earplugs for added comfort.

Upon entering the property, guests will find a spiral staircase providing access to the apartment. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay, especially if you’ll be toting luggage

We look forward to hosting you and helping you enjoy the best of Puerto Rico!
