This cozy first-floor apartment (accessed by 2 steps, not wheelchair accessible) features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 full bathroom, an equipped kitchenette that includes a microwave, coffee maker and essential kitchen items. The bedroom has a smart TV. Beach chairs and towels are provided for your adventures. Shared laundry is available daily from 5:00–9:00 AM and after 6:00 PM. Located just 5 minutes from Old San Juan, 5 minutes from Condado Beach, and 40 minutes from El Yunque, it’s the perfect home base for families and friends exploring Puerto Rico.



Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:



- Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival.



- Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb.



- Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.



- Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.



🐾 PET POLICY: Our property is strictly pet-free due to guest allergy protocols. We only welcome certified Service Animals. Guests traveling with a Service Animal must provide official documentation prior to check-in. Standard pets or emotional support animals are not permitted.
