Self Check-In: A welcome letter with your room code will be sent via Airbnb at 3 PM on the day of check-in.
Parking: Free onsite parking with additional spaces nearby.
Guest Capacity: The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
Reliable Utilities: SUL ensures uninterrupted electricity and water with backup generators and tanks.
House Rules & Amenities
Check-In: 4:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 10 AM (no parties or loud activities).
No Smoking: $500 fee for violations.
Included Essentials:Starter toiletries, dish soap, and sponges.
Fresh linens provided for extended stays ($60 cleaning fee applies for stays over a week).

24/7 Security: Feel safe with onsite security cameras and a secure building entrance.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service.
If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 4 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a partial refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights or due to situations beyond our control.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Do not hang towels from the windows. A $25 fine may be applied if you break this rule. Subletting not allowed.
Security Deposit
A pre-authorization of 25% of the total stay will be held one (1) day before arrival and will be voided two (2) days after departure, subject to a room inspection.
