The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs. Inside, you’ll find two queen beds, one full bathroom, a full kitchen, air conditioning, and a practical layout for couples, friends, or small families.



A great home base for guests who want a central location, walkable access to San Juan’s best spots, and a comfortable place to relax after exploring the city.



Please note that this apartment is located in an older building from the 1950s, which is part of its charm and classic San Juan style. Because the plumbing is older, we kindly ask guests to avoid flushing large amounts of toilet paper at once. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or anything other than toilet paper, as this can damage the toilet or plumbing system.

Our team will always do everything possible to communicate with the appropriate utility agencies, provide updates, and help restore normal conditions as quickly as possible. However, these service interruptions are not caused by the property and are not fully within our control.
