Truly bummed to leave such a negative review as it is unusual for me to leave these type of reviews but I feel it’s important.
To begin with, I was the one that had to reach out to them about check in. Check in was at 4pm and they didn’t reach back out to us about our check in details until about 4:20pm. and not to mention the vehicular gate code not working, so we had no access to the parking inside the apartment complex. As well as finding a ‘Thank you for staying with us card’ under someone else’s name, which I thought was weird.
We were supposed to stay here for 5 days, but we only stayed there 3 days due to no running water for 3 days! The water would not come back until late at night any where between 10-11pm. Not to mention how low the water pressure was, specifically from the shower head.
Although there was so much back and forth with Otium and given the run around and receiving only “We understand your frustration and we sincerely apologize” they were able to relocate us to another one of their properties for the remaining few days of our stay. We very much appreciated the relocation but I truly believe we will never book with Otium again.
