We were a group of six seniors and stayed in the condo for one month. Mark was extremely responsive both before and during our trip. He provided a very helpful information package that made our arrival and stay much easier.The view is absolutely stunning, and the balcony with comfortable chairs was one of the highlights of our stay. Mark also agreed that we could purchase a few missing items for the apartment. Storage space in the bedroom was limited, so we bought what we needed, and he reimbursed us right away.The check‑in process was simple, and Mark remained very attentive throughout our stay. The condo is noticeably dated and could benefit from some updates and unfortunately the pool was closed during our entire visit due to safety concerns with parts of the structure. Mark had informed us 2 months before our arrival but were hoping it will be fixed before or during our stay.The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked a lot during our stay. There were plenty of dishes, pots, and pans.We would suggest updating the mattresses. They might be fine for a short stay, but after a full month, we were looking forward to our own beds at home.In general, very good value for money.We would highly recommend renting one of his two condos if you’re looking for an owner who truly looks after his guests.Thank you again, Mark, for your help and for allowing us to enjoy your home.
