Driver, Chef, Maid, & Pool - VIP Service

In exchange for the privilege of hosting you, our team has taken care of absolutely everything for you!

***YOU CAN ADD/REMOVE/EDIT ANY OF THE BELOW AMENITIES AND THE PRICE WILL CHANGE ACCORDINGLY**

For all reservations made AT LEAST 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCED, the following amenities are included.

IF THE RESERVATION IS MADE WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF ARRIVAL, SOME OR ALL OF THE AMENITIES WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE RATE. PLEASE ASK THE HOST PRIOR TO BOOKING

1. Private Shuttle in the San Juan Area

All eligible guests will enjoy FREE transportation services from sun rise to sun set AND ONLY to/from the listing if it is located within the San Juan Area (see map of coverage). Transportation outside of these hours or outside this area is available, although for a small per person fee.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEND AN ITINERARY OF YOUR PLANS (OR ASK US TO BUILD YOU ONE) TO SECURE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. FAILURE TO HAVE AN APPROVED ITINERARY AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN WILL RESULT IN NO TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.

2. Private Chef ($5 Brunches OR $10 Dinners)

You are welcome to check our IG (@HighSoClub) for some of the many meals we prepare for all guests. Our team will be treating you and your guests with similar chef-prepared dinners OR brunches.

Specifically, ONE $5 brunch for every night you stay with us OR you can exchange TWO $5 brunches for ONE $10 dinner. For example:

For a 3 night stay you could get 3 brunches; OR 1 brunch and 1 dinner.

For a 4 night stay, you could get 4 brunches; OR 2 brunches and 1 dinner; OR 2 dinners

For a 5 night stay, you could get 5 brunches; OR 3 brunches and 1 dinner; OR 1 brunch and 2 dinners

We will contact you 2-3 weeks prior to your arrival to begin the planning process.

Before each and every meal, Chef will arrive to your listing, prepare and serve the meals, clean the area, and depart until the next meal, if any.

**BOTH THE CHEF AND INGREDIENTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RATE.**

3. Housekeeping

Our dedicated staff will make sure your listing’s common areas are cleaned every other day that you stay with us (i.e., take out the trash, wash and dry towels, refill toiletry, etc.)

For ALL RESERVATIONS, the following amenities are always included:

4. Pool

There is a pool in the front of the property that is shared with another listing. Each listing has its own pool schedule and is allotted a minimum of 4 hours of exclusive pool usage EVERY SINGLE DAY. This means that the listings will never share the pool at the same time.

Accordingly, it is available within the following timeframes:

All odd-numbered dates (i.e., 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, etc.), this listing gets the pool in the Morning (9 AM – 1 PM).

All even-numbered dates (i.e., 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.), this listing gets the pool in the Afternoon (5 PM – 9 PM).

Pool will be deep cleaned every Tuesday and Friday.

5. 50% discount in any of our tours around the island

You are welcome to check our IG (@HighSoClub) for some of the many tours we offer around the island. The 50% discount that we offer are tours to el Yunque National Forest, Hiking to the top of Mt. Britton observatory in the middle of the rainforest, Natural water slides and cliff jumping, Culebra/Vieques Day Trip, Hiking Pico Rodadero, Blue Pool and Sand caves, Hidden Beaches, and more!

All third-party tours (i.e., Jet ski, Boat rental, Zip lining, Horse-back riding, ATV/UTV Rental, etc.) will be paid FULL FARE as they are NOT booked through or via us. These tours are exclusively third-party tours as we do not offer them.

6. Concierge/Superhost that will take care of you 24/7

From the time you book your reservation to the time you leave Puerto Rico; you will have a team of concierges/superhosts at your disposal! Anything and everything that you want or need for your special time in Puerto Rico (i.e. B-day preparations, chef services, reservations, bachelor(ette) parties, party planning, cakes, balloons, flowers, photographers, etc.), please do not hesitate to ask! We truly can get anything on this island.

After booking, we will send you a list of our tours as well as third-party tours with their respective prices for you to choose for each day that you are in Puerto Rico. Thereafter, we will build you an itinerary of your daily activities down to every hour of the day as well with hyperlinks for you to simply click and book (or we can even book for you if you’d like), prices, instructions, and special requirements for each and every tour.

Rule of Thumb: If requesting within 3 weeks of your check-in date, chances are the rate is discounted and the listing does not include some, or all, of the amenities
