Our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is designed with your comfort in mind, and we hope you make yourselves at home.

Whether you're here to explore the rich culture of Old San Juan or relax near the beach, our home is the perfect base for your adventure.
The space
Each bedroom comes equipped with a full-sized bed, and one of the rooms also features a twin-sized bed—ideal for larger families or friends traveling together.

All bedrooms, as well as the living room, are air-conditioned to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay and the property has solar panels/batteries to ensure eco friendly sustainability!

The AC in the living room also helps cool down the kitchen area, making it a perfect spot to relax and cook meals after a day of exploring.

Our home offers a spacious living room, a moderately sized kitchen, and essential amenities like a washer, dryer, and hot water. Whether you’re here to relax or explore the nearby attractions, you’ll have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

We also have solar panels, so you won’t be left in the dark during a blackout! While the AC units won’t run on backup power, you’ll still have electricity for fans, lights, and other essentials to keep you comfortable
Guest access
For your convenience, we use a simple lockbox system for check-in. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide you with the lockbox code and instructions on how to access the property. This allows for a smooth and flexible check-in, no matter what time you arrive!

House Rules
No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

No Parties or Events:
Please respect our home and neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10 PM.

Extra Guests:

Check-out Instructions

Make sure all air conditioning units are turned off.
Leave used towels in the bathroom, and please don’t strip the beds—we’ll take care of the linens.
Ensure all doors are locked when you leave.
