-No parties or events
-No smoking - when smoking occurs during your stay, a $350 cleaning will be charged to your card.
-No pets
-No sand in home. Please use outside showers to rinse by apt 3.
-No noise after 11:00 PM - 7am
-Unauthorized guest will be charged $350 per person per stay. Please not that you may be asked to leave the property for this violation!!!
-Unauthorized Late checkouts will be charged $175 fee
