This is not a small condo in a neighborhood - it is a large spacious home with plenty of room inside and out for your family or group of friends to spread out.

La Brisa is set on 1/3 acre completely enclosed and secure with a wall and gate surrounding the home and property. The property is yours to enjoy and explore! Lizards are a favorite and you'll often catch them strolling along the railings and around the outer walls. The wrap around deck gives you unobstructed views to San Juan in north and to the coast of Luquillo to the east and a great backdrop of El Yunque National Forest behind.

The large private pool (13x28 feet) with sundeck is perfect to keep you home and enjoy your surroundings. Deck chairs, lounge chairs, pool toys, beach towels - all you need to stay by the pool all day. This is a PRIVATE pool and is not shared with anyone else.

Fully stocked kitchen - dishes, pots, pans, knives, silverware, etc. Children's dishes and utensils on site as well along with plenty of spices to cook with.

Quiet, safe area close to the main highway (PR3).

Just a 10 minute drive to the beach and 25 minutes to the Luis Munoz Marin Airport in San Juan. Far enough away from the rush of the city yet close enough to anything you may want to do. You'll find out how much you love the Puerto Rican country.

El Yunque National Rainforest is just minutes away. You'll feel the closeness of the rainforest with the short spells of rain that pass through the mountains, and then the breeze that follows as you look out from the deck.

So many other local attractions close by; Luquillo (beach town and kiosks for shopping) 12 minutes away, Fajardo with great snorkeling at 7 Sea Beach 23 km, Ceiba and the ferry terminal to FANTASTIC Culebra and Vieques 30 km; you will be right in the heart of all the fun!
