I wish I could give zero star for this property! The host's communication was horrible, almost non-responsive, even though I reached out multiple times to request an early check in since my husband has an early arrival. On the day of arrival, I did not receive the check-in instructions. Within 6 hours of check-in time, the host canceled my reservation leaving me stranded. I struggled to get to the airport and figure out an alternative plan for the night since I have a late arrival in San Juan. Thank goodness the VRBO Support team found us another property after my husband spent an hour on the phone with them since he arrived in San Juan before me. There are many many properties in San Juan, so travelers- avoid this property and save yourselves the hassles that I went through. Traveling is stressful enough. You don't need the added stress such as this incident that I had experienced.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as we expected. My only real complaint is that we asked for air mattresses as the listing stated you needed to do but there were none we could find. As a result, we ended up purchasing our own blankets to sleep on.

Perfect location

We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in San Juan. The beach was close and it was beautiful. So many restraints and stores near by. We walked to Old San Juan, not close but a great long walk, we indeed home. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us to sleep and plenty of living space.

Little Gem in Condado 💎

The location is amazing near the beach along with a bunch of restaurants nearby. You also have a Walgreens at like 10 mins away. The beach is super close and has the most beautiful view to offer. The apartment itself is super roomy and has a lot to offer. Air conditioning in every room and TVs as well. Overall 10/10 can’t wait to stay again.

This place was near everything via walking or a short uber ride. So many great restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach. Place was clean and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay in Condado.

San Juan adventure

Perfect property for our group. Very clean and comfortable, and so close to the beach. Only difficulty was for my one cousin who recently had knee surgery (climbing the steps to the third floor). The back bedroom is good for flexible people as it sits low to the ground. But everything is beautiful and host was great.

Property is in an excellent area in the heart of Condado. Apartment is nicely decorated and spacious. The smaller of the 3 bedrooms has a very uncomfortable bed and mattress. No shower gel or soap available, apparently house keeper forgot to replace it. Ran out of toilet paper, no replacement in the bathroom. This apartment is on the 3rd floor which wasn’t a problem for us but other ppl might find it inconvenient especially with heavy luggage. We didn’t get check in info until last minute cause we had to reach out to Expedia several times to get it from prop owner/manager.

Can I start by saying I’m not really good at leaving reviews? But if I could give this property 10 stars ⭐️, I would! So I’m going to point out the main things that just made our stay there, the absolute best! •The host - al I can say is thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU! We had originally rented another property, and that owner cancelled the reservation 2 nights before the trip! Shirley was truly God sent! She was super responsive and accommodating of our last minute reservation! It’s because of how amazing she was throughout our stay that I will be calling her anytime my family and friends so much as think about visiting Puerto Rico 🇵🇷! • The apartment itself - very true to the pictures! it is super cute, modern, very clean! It had lots of items I’ve never seen at other vacation rentals! At least not all in one place. There was plenty of items we needed and some we didn’t realize we would need! I mean…who knew velvet hangers would make me feel like so at home lol 😆 ALSO…the security system was next level! I appreciated it so so much! • The area - Condado was a lot of fun! We rode the bird scooters 🛴 EVERYWHERE! However, within walking distance (all less than 10 mins), we could get to the beach, to both Walgreens and cvs, all the restaurants, and within 15 mins we could be at La Plazita. If walking and scooters aren’t aren’t your thing, all the Ubers are literally just a 1min wait! In conclusion, BEST VACATION RENTAL EVER!

Amazing apartment in a perfect location

This apartment far exceeded our expectations -- it was a super clean 3-bedroom/3-bathroom with fully private bathrooms for each bedroom. Very clean, great kitchen with ample pots/pans/dishes and the air conditioning was fast and cold. The host was super responsive about parking. Fun balcony to hang out on and overlook the Condado neighborhood. Easy walk to the major hotels, restaurants, beach. 10/10 a hidden gem.

Spacious and Great Location.

The condo is in a prime location. Within a 2 block walk one way or another you can get to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and Walgreens and one more block to the beach. There is a reserved parking spot for a rental car. You won't need a rental car most days though, it's just a $5-10 Uber to Old San Juan. Also, there is a painted bike lane on Ashford and you can use the e scooters or e bikes on the street to Scoot all the way to Old San Juan to the west, around the lagoon, or go east of the condo as well. The condo has 3 bedrooms, all 3 have ensuite bathrooms, and air conditioners . One bedroom is smaller than the others (more suitable for a teen or kids). It also has a nice full sized fridge and a washer and dryer (I would have packed less if I knew how well they worked).
