Community-orientierte Nachbarschaft, schöne Umgebung fĂŒr lange StrandspaziergĂ€nge, Regenwaldabenteuer, Surfen, InselhĂŒpfen, Schnorcheln, Biolumineszenzbucht, Kajakfahren, Paddle-Boarding und viele weitere AktivitĂ€ten, ein echter Strandurlaub in der PrivatsphĂ€re dieses wunderschönen Anwesens. Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber vier Schlafzimmer. Der Hauptraum hat ein Queen-Size-Bett mit Meerblick. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Etagenbetten und einen großen Futon.

Not as listed , do able but not what was agreed on

First , Puerto Rico is beautiful. I will not say much more. Except , washer didn’t work , doors where broken and needed repair , there were only AC in the lower bedrooms , the appliances where well used microwave sparked when you used it . The beach picture is very misleading as there were only rocks . Although it was beautiful. And we managed it was not worth the 3K. I was told by her when I got there that the washer was a lemon that the back door was broken and should’ve been repaired and then all the doors didn’t work right and they were all sticking so she could’ve this before we got there she could’ve fixed all of this. We booked over six months ago, but it wasn’t done so if I had to complain, I will complain at the place was not as advertised Puerto Rico was beautiful the house unfortunately was not as advertised !! Out of season or not 3K and tell the truth of what you are renting. Fair is fair .

Many missing details in description lead to a disappointing stay

The property would be a piece of paradise IF it provided what the description suggests and if it were better cared for. Does it offer A/C? Technically, yes. But only in 2 out of 5 bedrooms. Leaving three in our party melting hot on the second floor. Upstairs is its own unit. So if you’re traveling w family of small kids, keep this in mind. Does it have a microwave for cooking? Technically yes, but both were broken. We messaged the owner and got no assistance. If you expect to grill, be sure to check the gas hookup. It was broken and leaked gas by the gas canister. We informed the attendant and again. No response or attempt to fix. Only some windows open and many do not have screens on them. So pick one: be hot or be bug bitten. The second floor bathroom shower head hot water adapter broke off and the attendant again did not attempt to fix it. We were instead told to shower outside. Speaking of showers. Expect cold showers. But this is pretty typical of the area. On the positive side: - the mattresses are extremely comfortable - you’re walking distance to the market/shopping/bars - the property is so pretty and you have chairs and hammocks But these positives didn’t out weigh the disappointment for us. Our family left this property very disappointed. The pictures make this place look ideal. However the lack of maintenance leaves us travelers feeling like we’ve been tricked.

Terrific for two familes

This little piece of paradise was ideal for our 2 family vacation (5 adults, a 4 yr old, a 3 yr old and a 10 month almost toddler). As it can function as two apartments. The communal dining gazebo was perfect for family style dining and the setting can't be beat. The yard is generous and fun for the kids. The location is very convenient. There are fabulous beaches a short walk away as are the kioskos. El Yunque is a 20 minute drive and unforgettable as well. The kitchen worked will for all of use and Bertha was quite attentive, especially when it cam to explaining which shower had hot water. Lots of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen. Can't wait to return.

Great Place, great location!!

What more could you want? Sun, surf and a great place to stay! Bertha, was FANTASTIC! So helpful and attentive! Gave us some great places to visit and where to eat! We were so sad to leave, but we will be back!! Thanks Bertha!!

beautiful home, great location, so fun!

12 of us had a very nice vacation at the property! It was very well appointed and had extras we were not expecting like beach towels, sunscreen and shampoo. Bertha even brought us a brand new speaker when the supplied one was not functioning and we had so much fun with karaoke. The only issue we had was when one person accidentally took a beach towel home at the end of our trip and Bertha was very upset with us. We offered to mail it back by the end of the week but Bertha went on and on about how hard it was to get new towels to the island and refused to let us return the towel to her to save her the trouble. I imagine if you rent your home to people, things like this happen occasionally and you should have a plan to deal with it instead of getting upset with the person who made the mistake and not letting them make it right. Would love to stay there again, but not after the towel saga.
