„The location of the hotel was pretty good and it was close to many good restaurants and the beach. However, the rooms were surprisingly dirty and both beds in my room had blood stains and signs of bedbugs on the blankets and mattresses. After asking them to clean it up and change the blankets, they simply just flipped the blanket upside down thinking it would no longer be noticed. „The property was in a very nice location. The staff was mostly very kind and serviceable. There was one pool bar waiter who said, "I don't get paid enough to serve when it is raining." On a couple of days, the elevator was not working properly. It would constantly skip the 9th floor. In order to get it to come up, I had to press both the up and down buttons. Other than those two issues, a great time was had. The housekeeping staff was exceptional. Kimberly at the pool bar is a rockstar.“

„Generally this is a perfectly located and very affordable place to stay. We stayed in room #1 which was spacious. I don't dare to complain due to the great affordability. People should be aware tho that they can't expect a 5 star hotel at this price. The building is not new and the room finishings, floors etc. are definitley worn. However, the cleanliness is very acceptable, sheets and towels were perfect, there was AC, a roku tv, clean shower/toilet... all you need for a good nights sleep. It ...

„Die Lage war super. Man könnte fußläufig das gesamte Gebiet Old San Juan erkunden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Sauberkeit lässt wirklich sehr zu wünschen übrig. Flecken auf dem gesamten Bett und auf Handtüchern. Löcher in Handtüchern und ein lockerer Klodeckel. Auch muss einem bewusst sein, dass das Bad sehr klein ist und man sich in der Dusche nicht mal drehen kann. “
