„Beautiful lodge near Cotopaxi. We loved our small wood fireplace in the room. A young gentleman would come to set up the fire everyday. The unplanned highlight of the stay was actually a “stray“ dog. According to the receptionist, the dog does not belong to the lodge but shows up on the lodge property frequently. „Be sure to confirm reservations - there was some confusion about ours. The owner does not speak English so communicate through Expedia. The hot water was not working (was fixed eventually) and the place was a bit difficult to find. However, it was clean and comfortable - there was even a hot tub with jets in the bathroom. The owner tried very hard to help us. I would recommend staying, just keep the above in mind.“
