„The size of the condo is good for a family or a group of friends. Plenty of bathroom space and closets. Small balcony opens to nice view of the canal. Access to the boat docks is only available through the pool area which is a bit of a hassle. Boat dock is marked with the unit number and a boat launch in the neighborhood is minutes away. Parking is adequate with one reserved space and plenty of available guest parking in the lot and on the street. TV in one bedroom was not working.  ...

„Very clean, spacious and comfortable house in port Aransas with a short walk to the beach. We had a great time“

„It was a great house but not perfect. The elevator was not working when we arrived and we had to haul everything three flights of stairs. Eventually we got the problem solved and leaving was much easier. The coffee machine was dirty. There was no where to rinse off after coming from the beach. I loaded sandy chairs in my car to come home. The owner was very nice to answer my questions. “

„This property is on the corner of the complex making it feel very private. Pretty view of the gulf from master, living, and kitchen. You can hear the ocean from the balcony which has plenty of good seating.Very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning works great. An easy walk to the boardwalk walk and on down to the gulf. The pools and game area are very nice and shaded in the evening. Much prettier and bigger than the photos show. Affordable and beautiful.“

I thought I read that we could get setups but the place that does that for this property doesn’t begin their season until after the Memorial Day holiday.
