This is an amazing property managed by a stellar host! From the time of booking through to checkout, Jose was very responsive to all of my inquiries. He is professional and polite and very patient. This property is perfect and exactly as described and presented in the listing. The view is spectacular! Everything was clean and well appointed. It was very easy to find places to eat and grocery shop (word to the wise - use Waze not Google!) and it is not far at all from the museums and other city sites as well as Barrio Escalante where you can find dozens of restaurants. It is also not difficult to book day trips from here to some of the further out sites like beaches, volcanos, coffee plantations, rainforests, etc. which is what we did. The staff on site were also very cordial and the facilities appeared well maintained. We visited the pool but did not get in as it wasn't warm enough but the area around it was clean and well maintained. There was also a nice playground for younger children on the same level. I felt safe and comfortable staying here and would highly recommend booking this property for your next visit to Costa Rica.
