The Space:

The whole villa is yours: 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and room for 12, in a private gated community in the hills above San Jose del Cabo, with views over green fairways to the mountains. Guests rate it 5.0, and most of the day happens outside.

Guest Access:

The entire villa and all outdoor spaces are private to your group: the heated pool and spa, courtyard, lawn, fire pit and every bedroom.



Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. We send arrival details and directions a few days before your stay. Parking is free at the villa.



Our local house manager is on call during your stay and will check in with you to make sure everything is working well.



The Neighborhood:

The villa sits inside Querencia, a private gated community in the hills of the Los Cabos tourist corridor, just west of San Jose del Cabo. Mornings are calm, the views run over green fairways to the mountains, and the beaches are minutes away by car.



Drive times from the villa (approximate):

• Playa Costa Azul (surf beach and beach clubs): about 10 min

• Playa Palmilla (calm, swimmable bay): about 10 min

• La Comer and Walmart for groceries: about 10 min

• Downtown San Jose del Cabo, its art district and restaurants: about 15 min

• Puerto Los Cabos marina: about 15 to 20 min

• Chileno Bay (snorkeling): about 20 min

• Flora Farms (farm-to-table dining): about 20 min

• Cabo San Lucas marina and the Arch boat tours: about 35 min



Getting Around:

• Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is about 25 min away by car.

• We recommend renting a car or SUV for your stay; free parking is at the villa.

• Taxis and private drivers are available in Los Cabos for nights out and airport runs.



Other Things to Note:

• Exterior security cameras are on the property, outdoors only, at the entrance and in the garden. There are no cameras inside the villa.

• The villa is in a private gated community that borders a golf course. The course and the club are for members only and are not included in your stay.

• This is a quiet residential community: no parties or events, and quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM.

• No smoking anywhere inside the villa.

• Only registered guests may stay or visit, up to 12.

• The pool and spa have no lifeguard; please supervise children at all times.

• A car is the easiest way to get around Los Cabos; the beaches, shops and restaurants below are a short drive away.
