Las Olas Condo ★BEACHFRONT SURFING! Amazing Surf and Views!

Las Olas condo complex is a dream come true for both surfers and beach lovers alike! This beachfront condominium complex is located on a stunning 10-mile stretch of white sand beach named Costa Azul. Three of the best surf breaks in Baja are right out your front door (Zippers, The Rock, Old Man's) . Grab your surfboards and paddle out! Las Olas has a beautiful pool and 3-tier hot tub that was just renovated November 2022. Enjoy the beachfront tables and chairs around the pool. There is gated parking complete with 24hr on site security. In 2024 we renewed the tennis courts and added pickleball court lines too.
NOTE: construction period is August 1 to October 15 so there may be some noise during that time period.

Our lovely 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom condo is a prime unit! It's quiet, sunny and bright with panoramic views of the surf breaks. Wake up in the morning to stunning sunrises where you can watch surfers paddle out from the balcony. Of course evening margaritas on the balcony are wonderful too!

Our condo has everything you will need for a comfortable vacation! There is a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a new couch that folds out into a bed in the living room. The condo also has a Flat screen TV with DVD player (please note that there is no satellite TV but you can connect to your streaming services using high speed wifi), a full kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. . There is even a washer/dryer in the condo!

Las Olas is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping and many activities! You can rent surf boards or get surf lessons on the beach right next door to the condo, or walk across the street (under the bridge) to Costa Azul for boards and lessons.. There are two restaurant a few steps down the beach (Zippers Cafe and Pescaditos Break). A huge supermarket (La Comer) where you can get all of your groceries is only a 5 minute drive away. Historic downtown San Jose with all of its shops, restaurants and bars is only a 10 minute drive away, and Cabo San Lucas and all of its activities is only 17 miles away. The airport is a 20 minute away.
NOTE: August and September there may be construction noise as some units will go through renovation during that time. It's usually not too noticeable and not every day, but there will be some days with noise.

Quiet little paradise

This place is so cute and quaint. It’s perfect for one or two people and provided us a safe little space away from crowds with incredible views and access to the water. We snorkel out front we surfed out front we beach combed out front. We walked to different restaurants along the beach. We met a lot of really nice people right there in the complex. It never felt crowded. It never got loud. The apartment was very comfortable for sleeping. We followed the rules exactly when it came to using the AC and we were extremely comfortable.. We did laundry with no problem. We were able to shower and both use it without running out of hot water. We didn’t have to bring our own beach towels because they were provided. There are like seven ice cube trays so we were able to make ice for our water bottles with the filtered water that we bought and not use the tapwater for that. We connected to our streaming services just fine through the TV. the guest services at the gate were incredibly kind and helped us know how to enter exit and where to park. Everything was very secure and it’s centrally located so you can go to Cabo San Lucas you can go to downtown San Jose and you can go all in between up the coast or to the east and you felt like you could get anywhere from this apartment. The key code for the door was super easy and it was nice not having to remember to take keys. The place looks just like the pictures and was great!!

Fantastic Location on the beach!

Sunrise is absolutely amazing from the balcony. We rose early every day and enjoyed our morning coffee watching it come up. We also loved watching the whales breach, the rays jump and the surfers from the balcony. If long walks on the beach and a quiet complex NOT in the hotel zone, we can't recommend this place enough!

Excellent Location & Unit and Awesome Host

The Las Olas Condo Complex is in a delightful location with access to three breaks. I've stayed at multiple units in the past, and this one is my favorite so far. It has a view of the breaks, and it has been upgraded and is quite tasteful and functional. On top of that, Laura was an absolutely delightful host -- super communicative and helpful, with lots of useful extra tips. I'll definitely be back!

I have been visiting San Jose Cabo and the surrounding areas for decades. I have stayed at dozens of places in around the area of this condo. I will have to say it is one of, if not the best location to surf, eat and relax and recharge. The vibe at the complex is great. The condo itself is a perfect one bedroom for a solo trip or a couple. Great views and easy access. The host/owner was very responsive when I had questions. The condo is in great shape and I had no issues. I am working on scheduling my next trip ASAP.

Perfect location for short visit

The condo was the perfect jump off point for our short stay in the Cabo area. Laura’s condo was clean and had had everything we needed. Could not beat the beachfront location and views of the Costa Azul area which was away from the busy tourist area but an easy 15 minute drive into Cabo center and San Jose Del Cabo. A short walk along the beach to Zippers restaurant and Pescadito Break bar for a sunset cocktail. Enjoyed watching whales breach in the distance and even saw 2 hatchling sea turtles make their way to the sea. Highly recommend for a peaceful visit!

Great apartment to chill and unwind

We loved this apartment, as many reviews have already said, view is spectacular, being so close to the beach, the pool. Great amenities in the apartment, everything you need to just crack on with you holiday. We didn’t hire a car, but Uber was fantastic, found us every time and get us around, including those shopping trips. A word about the road people have mentioned, yes, there is one, and at the front of the property you can hear it. However, at night (although bedroom at the front) we didn’t really notice it. And when on the balcony, the waves drown out any noise from the road. So only if you are super fussy would it even register once in the apartment. Honestly, this place is great. Laura was always there to answer super fast. The view for sunrise was great, and if you lucky, the whales will put on a show!

Newly renovated, very well organized, extremely clean, very friendly and hospitable owners, conveniently located in the close proximity to the Rock surf break, 2 minutes walk on the beach to the Zipper’s Restaurant and surf school. My bf and I stayed here for a week for our friend's wedding. Overall, the condo had all the resources we would need along with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. Also, the location was an easy commute to downtown, where we had a ton of great Mexican food. The stay information we received ahead of time made our check-in seamless. My bf is an incredibly loud sleeper and we had absolutely no complaints of hearing any noise from the main road. Security and comfort is a priority for us and this spot delivered both. Surfers Paradise

Perfect spot right on the ocean where you can watch surfers all day. We enjoyed the condo as it had everything you need and was decorated with Mexican flair. We were only there 3 days, (we will stay longer next time!)
