„We were very excited to visit Florence and booked the suite for 3 days. It was confusing to locate as the numbers go up and down on the street. The sidewalks are very small and we had to wait a long time for our host to send someone to open the gate to check us in. The Wi-Fi was not working and we had to pay the city tax on the spot before we could take the room.
