Located at the back southwest corner of the home, this private suite is separated from the rest of the house. We recently renovated the entire space and everything is brand new, including an in-unit washer-dryer tower! It's a cozy, bright space that has all the essentials for relaxing on vacation, or providing that focus needed to get ahead on work. This is a perfect spot to call home as you explore all the memorable places that San Diego has to offer - beaches, downtown, shopping, the tech sector, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and much more!
We now allow one well behaved Dog for a flat $80 fee per stay! Woof! Please no cats in the space.
Please note that we rent out the main part of the home, it is a completely separate and locked off space.

Having a car is pretty essential. Ride sharing is an option, but can be pricey if a big event is in town. If you do have a vehicle, there is parking available for up to two cars in tandem in the driveway dedicated for your unit. The neighborhood is great, It's quiet and charming, and close to just about all the destinations in San Diego!

Quiet, friendly neighborhood tucked away on the periphery of everything!
Sitting on a mesa with views of San Diego and the Pacific Ocean, Linda Vista lives up to its name, which translates to "pretty view." Linda Vista provides is centrally located with an outdoor feel. The neighborhood is home to multiple parks like Tecolote Canyon, a sprawling park with multi-use trails and some of the city’s most popular green spaces (Ski Beach Park and Balboa Park). It is nestled beside the USD and is near UCSD. The neighborhood provides easy access to Routes 163, 805, and 5, and is only a few miles north of downtown. You can experience the big city when you want, while keeping a relaxed area to call home.
We are excited to welcome you to San Diego, to help you launch into a new job, a new apartment. San Diego has a lot to offer, so let our home be home base while you make some awesome memories!
Please do not leave your pets unattended alone at the home. If pets must be left home please make sure they are crated. Thank you!
Please note that since we will have guests staying in the front home, we like to have a quick discussion to make sure the addition space will be a comfortable fit for you. It helps us to learn more about you, and for you to learn more about the space, which ultimately helps make your stay as comfortable as possible!
1. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
2. The backyard is designated for the front home only.
3. Clean up appliances after spills and/or heavy use (e.g., oven grease).
4. Please limit your laundry usage to a minimum half-load required (to prevent the spin cycle from being off balance).
5. Must be comfortable with living in an attached yet separate and locked off space from our other front home guests.
6. You have usage of the driveway and the front home does not, however please pull your car fully into the driveway closer to your door.
7. Please be considerate of our neighbors and front house guests so that they may reciprocate.
8. While marijuana is legal, we must prohibit use in our home as smoke remediation is extremely expensive (up to $500) and you would be responsible. That goes for regular smoking/vaping as well.
