This home retains the charm and has been beautifully updated throughout. Comfy and clean, nestled in a quiet neighborhood.



This house features spectacular sunset views, a full kitchen, large living room and patio



Kitchen – Supplies for cooking, grilling, and serving all of your guests. There is a coffee maker, blender, and toaster as additional appliances.



Dining space - Dining table that comfortable seats 8, additional bar seating next to kitchen.



Living room – Comfortable sofa which includes sleeper, a 50” flatscreen tv perfect for games or a movie night!



Bonus/game room - Relaxing room downstairs with another large TV to watch movies or watch the airplanes take off and land.



Patio - beautiful space to sit outside and enjoy the view and weather.



Master bedroom – 1 queen and sleeper sofa

Bedroom 2 – twin over full bunk beds- perfect for kids!

Living room – sofa sleeper for added guests



Washer and Dryer is located for your use only in a room outside of the back door.



New windows throughout, it does a great job of keeping out noise but can occasionally hear a neighbor or airplane, it is an urban area!



We do have outside cameras for your and our security.

This rental is for the entire 4 bedroom home. There is an area for grilling outside.

• Balboa Park — gardens, museums and walking paths; about 0.6 miles / 3–5 minutes to the western park edge. Allow more time for destinations inside the park.

• Old Town San Diego State Historic Park — historic buildings and California heritage; about 3 miles / 6–10 minutes.

• Cabrillo National Monument — coastal scenery, history and viewpoints; about 8.5 miles / 22–30 minutes.

• The Crack Shack, Little Italy — casual fried chicken and sandwiches; about 0.5 miles / 4–6 minutes.

• Born & Raised — Little Italy steakhouse; about 0.6 miles / 4–6 minutes.

• Buon Appetito — Italian dining in Little Italy; about 0.9 miles / 6–8 minutes.

• Pappalecco, Little Italy — espresso, gelato and panini; about 0.8 miles / 5–7 minutes.

• Mnemonic Coffee — nearby specialty coffee; about 0.6 miles / 3–5 minutes.



Getting Around:

San Diego has MTS buses and the Trolley light-rail network. Nearby Route 83 stops include State Street & Laurel Street (about 0.15 miles / 4 minutes on foot) and State Street & Maple Street (about 0.22 miles / 5 minutes on foot). Check MTS for current service days, schedules and connections before heading out.



Little Italy and nearby cafes can be explored on foot, but the surrounding streets include hills. Cycling can be useful for local trips if you are comfortable with city traffic and grades; route conditions vary. San Diego is spread out, so a car or rideshare is convenient for beaches and attractions farther away. Use MTS trip planning for bus and Trolley connections.
