Ring Camera: A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entrance to monitor the perimeter and ensure guest safety. This device is active and records video.

Noise Policy: To maintain the peace of this residential neighborhood, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours on the deck and in common areas, especially after 9:00 PM.

Layout: Please note that the home features one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination located in the central hallway.

Deck Safety: The deck is high-elevation. Children must be supervised at all times. A signed liability waiver is required before check-in.

Cancellations are permitted in accordance with the terms outlined above; however, a 10% processing fee will apply to cover charges related to the channel manager and Stripe processing for reservations via Vrbo and direct.
