This spacious, newly refurnished condo is designed for comfort with air conditioning, ceiling fans, luxury 650 thread count linens, feather duvets and pillows, a king bed, office workspace, and a second TV in the bedroom.

Located in a quiet, well-maintained complex, guests can relax in the garden or BBQ area while being just a short walk to great restaurants, cafés, shops, and everything Pacific Beach has to offer.

The space
Enter through a decorative gate into a lush garden courtyard, complete with a small outdoor dining area and BBQ for guest use.

Inside, the apartment is softly lit and thoughtfully designed with calming colors that create an immediate sense of relaxation. A large, comfortable sofa makes the perfect spot to unwind with a book, enjoy a glass of wine, or settle in for a cozy movie night.

The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, whether you’re dining inside or grilling outdoors in the shared garden space.

After a full day exploring San Diego, come home to a hot shower and an extremely comfortable king bed designed for a restful night’s sleep.

The TV includes access to Netflix and YouTubeTV for easy entertainment during your stay.

There is a BBQ available for your use. It is located in the complex common area.

Please note: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for noise violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and all visitors must be approved and leave during quiet hours.

Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property.

One covered off-street parking space is included and can accommodate a standard SUV, provided it is not overly tall or long.

A Pack & Play is available for a $25 fee, or a Pack & Play and high chair package for $35.

Air conditioning is located in the bedroom and, together with the ceiling fans, keeps the condo comfortable year-round.
