You will have private access to the entire three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse. This includes a private garage and an additional dedicated alley parking spot—a rare and convenient find in Pacific Beach.

Step into a bright, open-concept living and dining area where you can relax on the comfortable sofa, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, or gather around the cozy indoor gas fireplace on a cool evening.
