Welcome to our beautiful one bedroom beach apartment. The apartment has four units with different decoration styles, and is steps away from Pacific Beach and Mission Bay. This one bedroom unit is 490 square feet. Check out our other listings and pick the style you like! New AC and new TVs. The bedroom has one queen bed and the living room has one sofa bed. Folding crib is provided upon request. This unit is on the second floor and has a view of the shared yard. We hope our guest enjoy this gorgeous beach apartment. Anchors Aweigh!

GUESTS shall not bring any animals, birds, or reptiles of any description on premises. In consideration of permission by HOSTS for GUESTS bringing a DOG on premises, GUESTS will pay an earned and non-refundable pet fee $150 per pet. Maximum ONE dog per stay.
