Very nice property very well located clean very nice day. Couple of minor problems downstairs toilet sticks on there’s a moment where we lost hot water. I’m not sure why the shampoo in the master will not pump the contents.

This our 5th year in a row staying in this condo and is a good indicator that we like it. The on demand hot water system would be better. A gas water heater with a recirculation system. Also, the mirror in the master bathroom has been cracked for the past 3 years and the lighting could be better for applying makeup.

Happy Beach Place

Perfect location and enough space for all 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 kids. Place was clean and well kept. We have stayed at many places at Mission beach and this one was a favorite and appreciated the well kept and clean home.

Family Vacation

Bayfront Dreams was a perfect place for our family vacation. A highlight for us was sitting on the back porch and enjoying the view of the water and all of the activity. There were multiple restaurants and coffee shops that were walkable from this location as well, which was a big plus.

Bay front condo

Really nice place with some of the usual home rental issues which were shared with the company already. Great view of the bay and easy access to everything. We were on the bottom floor so we could hear the upstairs neighbors when they were walking around and talking but we’ve been going to Mission Bay for years and are used to noise from the alley way and along the bay front walk. Lots of activity going on all the time. 4 pm check-in and 10 am check-out is a bit extreme.

Great location!

I bring my family down to Mission/PB at least a couple times each year, this visit was fantastic. Bay front is my first choice, and the Santa Clara Pt area is great because the restaurants are so close. I always look for places with a garage, this had a tandem garage for both units. I was able to back my F-150 in (mirrors folded in) and my SDSU student daughter was also able to back her Chevy Volt in. Plenty of space for my bikes, golf clubs, etc. The space was clean, it had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

Third year in a row

The property is well maintained and the few issues with burnt out lights was handled very fast. Thanks Austin. The carpet was replaced in the bedrooms and the facets in the master suite were replaced from last year. Only suggestion from our stay is to replace the facets in the first-floor restroom. Post signage in the upstairs Unit "B" to remind them that there are people in the bottom unit and not to stomp around like elephants. Overall wonder 10 days and will be back next year.

We all loved your house. The description was accurate. The home provided beach chairs, towels and some beach toys. Perfect beach get away!

Great spot for a family vacation! Right on the bay with easy access to the mission bay sports center to rent jet skis, etc. Enjoyed fishing and playing in the bay and such a convenient walk to mission beach! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great San Diego beach vacation.

our favorite place so far. would rent again!

Pros: good placement on the block. Nicely stocked with paper goods, trash bags, dish washer tabs, clothes det, body soap, shampoo, & conditioner. Good amount of utensils. clean oven and frig with working ice maker and a fresh bag of ice. NICE TOUCH. Property manager was easy to work with. We called to have a few things looked at (dryer blocked with lint, bulbs out dishwasher needing some attention, stopped sink in master, stair lights not working) all were taken care of, and more in quick order. Cons: The hot water does not stay hot for more then 5 min in master shower, then 5 min later gets hot again. carpet looks tired. Over all we will rent this place again. The outside draws a lot of attention, its very cute. love the picket fence on the patio, lets more air through. The placement of this house is the best on the block. We have rented others for years, this one is the best. there was only 3 of us, but for sure this place would hold more very comfortably. we were there to celebrate our Mother's 93 birthday Sept 23, 2022. She too said this place has been her fav so far.

Great property for a family trip

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Being beachfront was perfect for our little one and the bay side was generally very quiet and family friendly. We were only a few blocks from a number of good restaurants and coffee spots which was convenient. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great location in Mission Beach

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The condo is bayside and you can see the sunrise every morning. There is a nice walking path right outside of the condo and a grassy area/beach on the other side of the path. This beach area was perfect for my young children to play. The condo had everything that we needed, including linens, towels, beach towels and kitchen items. If we are in San Diego again, we will definitely stay here again!
