The Space:

Picture yourself laying back in the zero edge spa overlooking the bay, eating alfresco style with friends then enjoy a glass of wine on the outdoor lounge as you watch the sunset from the elevated deck in the desirable Bay Park giving you the ultimate resort-style retreat right in the heart of it all.



While the outdoor living is a true highlight, the inside of the home is just as lavish and welcomes you in with its sun-filled rooms and chic, modern design.



The open living space is the place to relax with a large modular lounge big enough for the whole family. Light up the fireplace on a cool evening and stream a movie on the big screen or open up the double glass doors and use this space as a seamless extension out onto the deck. There is a $250 fee for not turning off the fire pit when it is not being used.



Walk through into the modern, gourmet kitchen that is sure to impress with so much space it makes entertaining a breeze. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need including stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, a full-size fridge/freezer and even a wine room to put your selection on display.

You’ll be treated to not one but two stunning master bedrooms within the home with one on each level along with an additional three bedrooms giving you room for the whole family.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and private outdoor areas including the upper and lower deck as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to a washing machine and dryer.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home! This home will be stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer and iron, and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!



A $250 fee applies if the spa/jets and fire pit are left on when not in use or if it is not turned off by 10pm every night.
