This bright & spacious single family house not only includes rare ~60' of water frontage but is also situated on an oversized corner lot! Other highlights of this premier 3br + 3.5ba offering include 2 levels, nearly 3,000sf of interior space, 4 separate outdoor spaces, living room + separate family room, 4 SMART TVs, 3 parking, professionally designed with organic earth tones, BBQ, outdoor shower & sleeps 10 (8 adults max).

1ST LEVEL (main living area + 1br/1.5ba + outdoor patio)
Prepare to be wowed as you enter this oversized, fully fenced single family house (no shared walls) located on a corner lot. Professionally designed with organic earth tones throughout, this spacious house encompasses nearly 3,000sf of interior space + 4 separate outdoor spaces + nearly 60' of unobstructed water frontage.

The main living area features soaring ceilings & wall of glass patio doors that lead out to your waterfront patio (see outdoor features below). A plush sofa bed and designer accent chairs surround the SMART TV, with adjacent double patio sliding doors out to a white sandy beach & blue water views (note fireplace not operational). A separate family room houses yet another plush sofa bed and additional accent chairs & is a great place for kids to watch their own tv shows and play games.

Waterfront dining? Cooking while enjoying views? We have you covered with a dining room (seating for 8) & our chef's gourmet kitchen, both with views out to the bay. The kitchen features white quartz counters, all new stainless steel appliances, double oven, dishwasher & cabinets galore.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

The beach house overall was a good experience. However, it was managed by a property management co and sometimes that can be hit or miss. There were a few things that were broken or not working - sliders with no locks, slider screens that were torn, BBQ was not working and had to be lit by hand. Also, no mention of no beach or bay access because of some kind of grading. So when we're paying top for a beach house, I'm expecting everything to be in order.

Very spacious and comfortable. Loved having extra parking spota. Easy access to bay and beach, and all local attractions. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, although a little light with pots and pans. Great having a washer and dryer, and loved the outdoor shower. Lots of conveniences, and with the price for our vacation. We'd definitely rent this house again.

We had 10 in our party and we had 5 towels. The communication was good but the response took all day after multiple calling/texting. Unacceptable. The floor was filthy. The sink in kitchen was falling out. Toilet paper holders falling off wall. The sofa bed in the main living room was inoperable. These were all complaints we read in reviews. Clearly the management company is only interested in renting it out. It is for sale. It has been renovated but it was horribly done. For the money it was not worth it. The only thing this property has is its location which was amazing.

For the money —- not worth staying. Screens broken, sliding closet doors don’t slide, pots and pans very old and even dirty, toilet paper holders falling off the walls, outside patio dangerous. Can not recommend either the unit or Surf Style. Pictures are great but reality is something completely different. Unit is for sale.

Not as expected

This home was old, even though the interior was updated some it was not what we expected. No ceiling fans. Advertised 2 car garage and we could barely fit 2. Very dangerous patio with brick stairs in front for children. Cannot tell when one step ends and the next begins. Outdoor shower did not work and only one burner would light on the grill. Screens were all ripped, the screen door did not have a handle and the sliding doors in the front did not lock. Motorized vehicles were racing in front of the property on and off. We did appreciate the comfortable beds, white linens and towels.

Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Mission Beach. The house was very central to driving to all nearby attractions. We loved the area. The property manager was so quick to address any problems we had. It was very quiet and serene on the Bay instead of being on the ocean front.

Enjoyable week

The house was clean and well equipped. The view of Mission Bay from the dining room, living room, and upstairs bedrooms was beautiful. It is an easy walk to local restaurants and the ocean. Wifi is excellent. Even the kitchen knives were sharp. It was hot for our trip and the air conditioning is not great (vents are in the floor and are covered by furniture). We quickly figured out that opening all the doors creates a nice breeze through the house. Check in and out is seamless. The three car garage is really a large one car garage. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Beach Home

This property is amazing! The home home was very comfortable for our family of 6 adults and 4 children,. The sunrises were incredible to watch from the patio. We felt safe with the family playing on the beach and in the water as they were completely visible from the patio and very close by. The walking path was awesome and it was a short walk to the ocean for sunsets. We plan to rent this property again!

Excellent Stay & Location

We had a really great time visiting San Diego and staying at this property. Excellent location in Mission Beach (on the bay side and walking distance to restaurants, bars, Mission Beach ocean, access to the bay, etc). Beautiful area. House was very nicely decorated and accommodated 6 of us very well. Great porch area to relax in the sun and sand just steps away. Parking in the garage was also a nice bonus. Highly recommend!
