SUMMARY
Soak in endless sunset views across nearly 40' of ocean frontage while enjoying your favorite beverage in your exclusive 2nd level patio (not shared!). This remodeled 3br+3.5ba beach townhome features 2 levels of ocean frontage situated on the 2nd & 3rd levels of the building (ground level patio reserved for other townhome ONLY). Other highlights include convenient ensuite bath & TV for every bedroom, beach views from the entire main living area, BBQ, UNLIMITED beach gear rentals at no extra fee, outdoor seating, tandem garage parking space, A/C, washer/dryer, & up to 2 dogs onsite. Maximum occupancy 11 (8 adults max).

2nd/MAIN LEVEL (main living area + deck + 2br + 2.5ba)
A set of stairs leads to the main front entry, where you'll be greeted by a bright & spacious open floorplan main living area with a line of windows that look out to a white sandy beach & endless blue water ocean views. The living room includes an all new SMART TV (with cable), plush sofa bed, modern accent chairs, & perfectly is situated adjacent to a set of sliding glass doors that lead to your very own ocean front deck with lounge & dining seating – one of the largest ocean front decks in Mission Beach! Adjacent to the living room is a dining area & fully equipped gourmet chef's kitchen with beautiful quartz counters & top of the line stainless steel appliances.

Off the hallway are 2 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bath (shower) & SMART TV! Br#1 is “barn door” room, with a set of super cool barn doors that open to take advantage of ocean views from your Cal King bed. Br#2 is our “paradise” room & a great space for kids, complete with a Full sized bunk bed & additional separate twin bed.

Rounding out the 2nd level is a convenient half bath & side x side washer & dryer.

3rd/TOP LEVEL PENTHOUSE (master retreat!)
Anticipation sets in as you enter the top level penthouse master suite. Rest after a long day in the sun in the comfort of your very own Cal King sized bed, all while watching the sunset & your favorite shows on the SMART TV (cable included). This space also features coved ceilings, dual closets, oversized windows for optimal views, & a beautifully remodeled ensuite bath with tub/shower combo.

The entry from the garage was grungy and shabby. The side security door was rusted and dirty The staircase going up to the unit was again disappointing and very shabby. The interior is very old and tired and very little attention has been paid to what would be comfortable for the guest. The chairs in the living room were very uncomfortable . The art throughout the house was atrocious. The internet connections was less than adequate. We experienced buffering throughout our stay. The VRBO internet pictures of the site were misleading. We stay exclusively at VRBO properties and this one was the worst place we have been to. We depend on the ratings when we book our properties and in our minds this property did not rate anything higher than 6 or 7. The only thing this property had going for it was the location.

My family and I had a fantastic stay here. The unit has a nice layout with 3 bedrooms, each of which included a bathroom and smart TV. It also had a very nice kitchen and dining room area. The location is great, about halfway between Belmont Park and Crystal Pier, and within about a 10 minute walk to about a dozen restaurants/cafes. We would definitely go back.

I am very disappointed on our stay. We trusted VRBO so we booked for 2 1/2 monthsWe arrived and found that the description was a lie and the pictures were very misleading. It said the entire home and said 40 ft of oceanfront on all 3 full floors with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms- 3075 sq. ft.It turns out that this is a 2 unit building and the second floor faces the neighbors side of his homeI called, texted and e mailed regarding this problem and no one reached out to deal with my complaintI arrived on a Saturday and they were closed and said someone would reach out on Monday. Of course no one responded.The place has probably no insulation as everything the people and the kids above us did, we could hear.Apparently the owner has 3 different listings and the pictures don’t tell the whole storyWe even got robbed of 1500 and it was from someone who had a combination to our unit. There is no safe providedI could go on and on as it gets worse.Mark

Great space, Great location, VERY clean!

It was perfect for our family. The location was awesome and it was very clean. Communication with owner/property management company was excellent. Only two tiny issues - it isnt SUPER clear in the description that this is 2 units and that this one is the 3rd and 2nd floor, maybe just clarify that a little more. I figured it out before we got there - it was my misunderstanding. But it worked perfectly. Second, the people renting below us were smoking pot constantly and it made us not enjoy the patio or have the sliding door open as much as we would've liked. It was VERY clean, GREAT location. Definately would stay there again!!

Really liked the location. The pictures make it look a bit larger than it is, BUT there was plenty of space. Loved the fact that there is 3.5 baths, comfortable beds, fantastic location. Also appreciated the amount of 'disposables' that were available (hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent). We had a minor problem with the fridge for which I have provided feedback so as long at that is resolved this is a GREAT spot.

Perfect Location Perfect House Poor Refrigeration

Our family has stayed on the Mission Beach front many times. This was our favorite home, yet. A/C is a plus at night for quiet and when the breezes die down. Bathrooms in every room were appreciated. Location was excellent. The upstairs master suite was super quiet. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was not functioning properly. A maintenance person came out and said it was working correctly. It was not. We had to keep ice in the refrigerator or our food would have spoiled. The filter also needed to be replaced, so no water or ice would be dispensed. The owner was told all of this. We enjoyed our stay but the refrigerator needs to be addressed.

Home away from home!

Beautiful property with a view that couldn't get any better. The house is well kept, with everything you would need, and comfortable. Within walking distance to shops/restaurants but close driving distance to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was a perfect fit for our family vacation. The location was close to our favorite eateries and rental companies, and the ocean views from the deck were terrific. Definitely was a plus to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom so that each family sub-unit had its own space. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen appliances, pots and pans were first-rate. We were able to execute an early Thanksgiving feast. We would love to return to this property in the future.

Really beautiful house with amazing views. No complaints at all other than the dryer didn’t work. Fortunately the sunshine dried our laundry :)

Lovely beach front home

We had a wonderful time on our family beach trip. We stayed in this beautiful home for 6 nights with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The home had everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy the beach. And you can't beat the location - beach front and center. We will definitely be staying here again.

Family Reunion

Great location between MB and PB nightlife but in a quiet, less crowded area. Double parking key. Perfect hang-out spot without going to the sand and easy access to the sand. Very comfortably furnished and very clean, newly refinished.
