A small set of stairs leads to your main front entry & living area, perfectly perched ~6ft above the boardwalk for optimal panoramic ocean, beach, coastline, & boardwalk views. The floor to ceiling windows that wrap around this corner unit allow the space to be filled with natural sunlight, showcased by a warm contemporary style.

Discover a living room with plush sofa sectional & accent chairs, with adjacent sliding glass patio doors out to your exclusive patio. The living area flows seamlessly to your oversized gourmet chef's kitchen, which boasts an island with elevated glass bar, quartz countertops, hanging pendant lights, custom cabinetry with glass uppers, & top of the line stainless steel appliances including a Bosch dishwasher, pro-level range and a double built-in refrigerator. Family beach vacation

I gave only 3 stars to Cleaniness & listing accuracy cause the fire pit area had a lot of bird poop that wasn’t cleaned up very well plus the cushion on the bench was missing. The website shows a private bbq grill but it was not there, had to use the community grills, for a lot of units there’s only 2 grills. A/C are wall units and don’t work very well in the bedrooms. Didn’t need AC in the common areas, we had very nice breezes. Overall it was great and roomy for 8 people.loved the 2 oversized fridges.

This home is absolutely perfect! Right on the beach, plenty of room, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We spent a few days there for my son’s birthday and couldn’t have ask for a better location. The owners went above and beyond to ensure all the comforts of home while providing a vacation getaway. Will definitely stay here again!

Great spot on Mission Beach

We've done trips to mission beach many times. This is one of the nicest places we've stayed. All rooms were as described. Things were clean, a few spots showing some wear and tear. Best things about this particular house... Lots of beach equipment. Chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. Perfect, quiet spot of the beach. Big fridge/freezer, fire pit, outdoor shower, bbq access. Our only issue was the parking garage. The gate codes were very temperamental and we couldn't get in touch with the management after hours even with following the instructions to do so.

Very nice stay

Great location and amazing size of the property. Appreciated the secure parking and amazing views with plenty of room for the family. Each room had its own privacy and a great overall location. Fantastic Location, BUT...

Great place, but: the hot water in half the house never worked; the AC in the master didn't work, and the Vent-Hood for the stove never worked. Other than that you can't beat the location. The kids had a blast.

Beachfront location was superb

It’s hard to find a 4 bedroom oceanfront location but this one hit the mark. It was perfect to watch the kids play all day on the beach! The home is spacious and had everything you needed. We had a few small maintenance issues that the management company addressed quickly. It was also great having the safe parking underneath. We’d definitely stay here again

Two Family Gathering

Location is ideal. Unique double wide condo means double the space of the beach front deck with great people watching on the boardwalk, and surfer and dolphin watching bin the waves. Large well equipped kitchen and cushy couch area was plenty of room for our two families with our adult children. Private grilling area and fire pit side patio was a welcome bonus.

This is a very nice property, right on the Ocean Side Walk. Immediate access to great beach. Lots of restaurants in the area, many you can walk to. Well stocked and plenty of things available for the beach. Clean and well insulated from the activities on the walk and the beach. We played golf at Torrey Pines, about 30 minute drive.

INCREDIBLE 60TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!

This was a 1st for us to do something like this and the place, the location and the process were all AMAZING!! The communication and connections were so efficient and easy. And the home.....WOW!! My whole life I have wanted to stay at a place that close to the beach/water and it took turning 60 to make it happen! The home was beautiful. Our only wish was to have more time there! Staycation at the beach

We had a wonderful 3 days in Mission Beach. The property is in a prime location right on the boardwalk and 2 blocks from the back bay. This allowed us to enjoy the ocean but also easily move our little ones to the calm water and wind protected area of the back bay . The condo was very modern and we appreciated the air conditioning given the unusual heat and humidity. Being able to barbecue at night while enjoying the sunsets and hearing the waves crashing was a thing of beauty. Our only disappointment was that the fire pit was not operational but this was being addressed.
