In San Diego gibt es nur selten eine Klimaanlage am Strand, aber wir haben zwei tragbare Klimaanlagen mit einer Fläche von 300-400 ft2. An der ruhigen Bucht liegt ein Strand direkt vor Ihnen und surfen Sie alle ein paar Schritte weiter. 2 Fahrräder inklusive. Dies ist der perfekte Urlaubsort, der sich an der schönen und entspannenden Sail Bay / Mission Bay am Strand befindet. In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Nachtleben. Direkt auf der Promenade gelegen, können Sie bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu überall in Pacific Beach oder Mission Beach. Wir bieten 2 Fahrräder in der Garage an. Wir haben auch Strandtücher und Stühle enthalten. 0

Dies ist kein typischer Strandchic-Verleih. Wir sind stolz auf unsere Einheit und haben es mit modernen, komfortablen Möbeln eingerichtet. Wir haben sogar einen Bürobereich in der Wohnung, so dass Sie nur Ihren Laptop haken müssen und vom Strand aus arbeiten können, wenn Sie müssen. Die Badezimmer und die Küche wurden kürzlich renoviert. Die Quarz-Theke Küche ist voll mit allen Utensilien und Zubehör aus Mixer, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Reiskocher, etc. grillen auf dem Balkon, während die Jet-Ski-Fahrten oder ein romantisches Candle-Light-Dinner auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Abendlichter über der Bucht.

Von Yoga auf Paddelboards bis zum Segeln der Bucht ... alles in Ihrem Vorgarten. Gehen Sie zwei Blocks zur Brandung auf der Strandseite für erstaunliche Sonnenuntergänge. Kostenloses Wireless, Kabel, drei Fernseher und eine DVD für unterwegs.

Eine Rarität am Strand, unsere Einheit verfügt über 2 ausgewiesene Parkplätze mit viel zusätzlichen Stauraum für all Ihre Strandspielzeuge. Darüber hinaus gibt es in der Nähe einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz, der für zusätzliche Autos oder Besucher leicht zugänglich ist. Die Einheit hat keine zentrale Luft, aber in San Diego, wer braucht es? Unsere wirklich heißen Tage finden im Juli und in der Regel einige Tage im Monat statt. Für dieses ungewöhnliche Ereignis haben wir zwei tragbare Luftkühlungseinheiten. Jede Einheit kühlt ungefähr 350-400 Quadratfuß ab.

Nice Place

Highly recommend this place. Furnished well, clean, great location within walking distance to coffe shops, restaurants, and both the bay and ocean sides of Mission Beach. Parking is right, but we were able to fit a Ford Explorer in the space. Only side note is that the listing did say “gym” but there wasn’t one. But overall, would definitely stay here again. Owner was very nice and responsive to any questions.

Exactly what we wanted!

Location was perfect! We love the Bay side, and the view from condo was a bonus! Condo was clean, comfortable, and met all of our needs. We walked everywhere! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, A/C is misleading, Odd Insurance Claim

Location is excellent - clean, accessible, with convenient parking. Modern, well-equipped furnishings. Easy walks to both bay and ocean beaches. Nearby amenities include restaurants, bars, bakery, and coffee shop within 3-4 minutes. We enjoyed watching our children play on the calm bay beach from the patio. Parents should note access requires going through the apartment complex, which means there’s some delay if you had a true emergency. We had a few odd issues though. First, AC relies on two portable units, rather than mini-splits or central air. These require partially open sliding glass doors for ventilation tubes and the units were really really loud. In August heat, bedrooms remained in the low 70s overnight. This likely would be less of an issue other times of the year. Secondly, listing includes a garage, but access is limited. We had a designated parking space and were allowed to store bikes in the garage. However, with the owner's car present which meant it was as easy to bring our bikes as we hoped. Finally, after our first shower, we reported a pre-existing shower drain backup. We reported it and it was addressed quickly, but an insurance claim was filed and we got dinged unfairly for it.

Fantastic Location, Apartment and Host

The apartment was amazing, the space was beautifully designed, lots of space, clean and tidy. The views over the bay were gorgeous and our favourite was the 3 minute walk to the beach - the sunsets at mission beach really are something else. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans and the beds were very comfy. Nice and quite on an evening. Such a great place to explore the Mission bay/beach area.

Great location could be perfect with a few tweaks.

The condo is in a great location on a quiet bay a couple of blocks from the Pacific. The boardwalk is great for exercising whether walking, running or cycling. Much less congested than the Pacific side. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance and many of San Diego’s top tourist attractions are within a 15 minute drive. The condo was well equipped. The only things that keep it from being perfect are the parking which is tight on an alley, a Toyota Forerunner, which we rented is a little too long, and the lock boxes to get a key for the building were somewhat confusing to use until you figure them out. Also, the AC is done with portable units that need to be put at the sliding doors to use which were needed in August and the washer and dryer are coin units on the property whereas most VRBO’s where they are noted are in the unit and part of the rental. All of this is noted in the details provided but can be misleading in a casual reading of what is included. We enjoyed the property and would rent again if going to the area.

Great Experience (with a side note)

All the good things about the property in other reviews are true. It is a lovely property with a great location. We had a small hiccup at check-in, but the property manager was quick to handle it. Be sure to heed warnings about parking space. We had a large vehicle and needed to keep it at the nearby lot. We saw no ladder for the bunk bed, which was an issue for us. However, a stowaway bed in the closet worked quite well. We experienced a bit of trouble locking the door. Again, the property manager was quick to respond. Finally, both bathrooms are on the 3rd floor with the bedrooms. There is not one on the floor with kitchen/living areas. These are just some little things that we thought might be helpful to know in advance, but in no way created a negative experience during our stay. Note: AFTERWARD, we received a text about a “nasty sink” and sand in the master bath shower, followed with “hopefully your insurance will cover.” We were flabbergasted. We had never had an issue in a rental before. We questioned their claims and were met with “what is wrong with you and how do you sleep at night?” and that we should be apologizing and “stay home in the future and not destroy other people’s property with negligence.” We asked specifically whom we were speaking to and asked them to “most kindly provide the bill.” They responded with “I am the owner of our home that you wrecked. Good Bye.” Again, just something that may be helpful to know in advance.

Our 2nd March stay @ this same VRBO location. Probably could use a replacement ceiling light in main shower room otherwise all else in excellent working order including WIFI. This VRBO has excellent outdoor parking for width & length for our 2015 Toyota Highlander. Parking outside could even accommodate a vehicle ~3 inches longer. Beds very comfortable. Bay views excellent with balcony to sit and read as well. Many restaurants & coffee shops are walking distance. With location right on the bay expect just a couple blocks walk to the ocean side. We seemed to hit the bay @ time of perfect weather. If one likes to walk, the bay walk is just a few steps away. Kayak and small boat rentals are walking distance away. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great Host!

Fantastic location. Great host. Terrific stay. I rented this place for my daughter and her college roommate. They just told me yesterday there were ants in the kitchen during their entire stay, but I’m sure the host would’ve taken care of that had they told me then. Otherwise, their stay was terrific. Everything was within walking distance. They did say all the blinds were not able to keep the sunlight out extremely early in the morning, but that’s not really a big deal either. We would rent this property again.

FABULOUS!

My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful condo on Mission Bay. It was everything we could have asked for. Quiet, very clean, safe, comfortable king bed, great shower and a wonderfully decked out kitchen. Ideal location

Great place to stay on Mission Beach. The condo was large, clean and close to everything. A quick walk to the ocean, best coffee shop, restaurants and bars. An updated condo over looking the bay walk near the Santa Clara Point recreation center, It was a 3 day weekend so a lot of families and kids about. Its easy to walk to several nearby places for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It has a parking place which is a must for the beach area! It's a short walk to the ocean and the board walk there. Having a light there at Santa Clara is helpful to getting to the condo area you don't miss your turn :)

You’re Gonna Want to Stay Here

This is our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first. Perfect location. Clean. Spacious. And parking! In Mission and PB that’s a premium in itself! Trust me, this is a great spot for a San Diego getaway.
