„This is a fantastic property and we would definitely stay again. The photos and description are very accurate and the host is very responsive and helpful. To check in process was very easy with a local host waiting for us at the front door. Arriving from the airport is very easy. The apartment is about five blocks from the terminal. „Sean was amazing; incredibly helpful. He had someone to meet us at airport. Absolutely fantastic view of the lagoon - we had a great time just sitting on the porch watching the boats come. "Ich bin von dem Hotel enttäuscht und kann die guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Der Service ist im Hotel eine Katastrophe. Es ist nur morgens zum Frühstück überhaupt Personal vorhanden, und zwar nur eine Praktikantin und ein spanischsprechender Mitarbeiter. Sonst ist i.d.R. den ganzen Tag kein Personal vorhanden. Das Frühstück besteht aus labbrigen Croissants oder Brötchen, etwas Obst und im besten Fall Eier. Die Liegen am Pool sind unbequem und teilweise beschädigt. Es gibt z.B. keine Hotelbar, an der Getränke gekauft werden können. Handtücher für den Pool liegen einfach nur aus (ohne Ausgabe) und sind alt und teilweise stark verschmutzt. Die Standard-Zimmer sind mit ca. 135 Dollar pro Nacht komplett überteuert. Mir hat es nicht gefallen und ich würde nicht mehr dort übernachten."
