We arrived early, due to early flight arrival. We asked for an early registration and they did acommodate us around 12pm, instead of 3pm. They charge me $500 pesos, but the room was very old, looking not the quality I expected or shown by the pictures. Later on when we got our second room, that was beautiful and very clean and confy. I was under the inpresion that breakfast was included so we wen to the restaurant and left leaving only a tip after they asked for our room numbers. Then we left on a tour. An hour later I get a call from the receptionist stating that we didn't pay our restaurante bill. I told her that we were on tour and would return by 6pm and then I would immediately go pay. She responded very rudely that the bill needed to be paid by 3pm. I hung up. Then every day we would try to go into our rooms, the keys wouldn't work. The front desk receptionist said it was because our keys were exposed to our phone and that cause the info to be defeleted form the room key. I approached on the of the cleaning ladies and she told me that everyone was having that problem, that the hotel;s key system was not working properly. I din't link the fact that the receptionist tried to me me feel responsible for my room key not working. Other than that location, facilites, except for our first room were excellent.
