„Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!“

„We went for the Jazz and Blues Festival in Murietta and had a great time. I wish the weather was warmer so we could have made use of the pool. Jack's BBQ place was SO close and SUPER delicious.
