KITCHENS:

No oils, sprays, foil, or wrap provided.

Bath and beach towels are provided.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
An iron and an ironing board are provided.

Beach chairs, umbrella and coolers are included.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
No smoking anywhere on the property.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

PET POLICY: Non-shedding and small dogs are welcome for a pet fee. Please message us with your dog`s weight and breed to receive a payment request. Pets must not be left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds.

The property is steps from North Beach access and the beach trail.
Downtown Del Mar’s restaurants, boutiques, and outlets are a five-minute drive away.

GUEST ACCESS:
Keyless entry is provided with a unique code sent before arrival.
No physical keys are required.
