„Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und liegt zentral an der US 41, kurze Wege zum einkaufen, zum Flughafen, zum River, zum FMB. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet bei Fragen schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße Manuela und Meinhard“

„We loved our stay in this condo. Great location, beautiful view and It had everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation. The murphy bed was a great addition, perfect for our teenager. Still some construction noise and vehicles around the South Seas property but all to be expected and did not effect our trip at all. We still enjoyed the beaches and the pool with no issues.“

„This is not our first stay in 803. There are the best views of the sunrise and sunsets! The condo has everything you need and very clean. Our host are the Best!! Loved the coffee bar this year. There was a water main break in Bonita Springs that affected us for a short amount of time but we had water before the evening was over. We enjoyed the pool and my husband loved the fishing in the bay. We visited Sanibel Island one day and a beach in Bonita Springs. Plenty of local restaurants and ice ...

„Overall the property looks great and we love the walking distance to the beach. We understand this community is still renovating and getting back on its feet from Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed our visit. The elevator is still not operational so be prepared to climb some steps with all your travel gear. The fire alarm kept going off in the adjacent building. These were the only negative points in our visit. “
