„Wish we could have extended our stay here!! We only spent one night here and if I could re-plan my trip I would have spent at least another night (or longer if time allowed). The resort is amazing and the property is stunning! It offered amenities that we sadly didn’t have time to explore. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The food was local and tasted wonderful! The wine was fantastic! The pool was beautiful (and cold but this was welcome on a hot day!). My only criticism is that ...

„Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, sollte man Google Maps benutzen, um die Unterkunft zu finden. Die Zufahrt ist sporadisch ausgeschildert. Fahren Sie sehr vorsichtig, besonders in der dunklen Jahreszeit. Wenn Sie mit einem kleinen Auto oder einem Fahrzeug mit niedriger Karosserie unterwegs sind, wird es schwierig sein, gerade den letzten Anstieg zu bewältigen.“

„Podere Castallare is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately we did not have a relaxing stay. Music was played at full volume directly into our bedroom from the bar from around 4pm - 11pm every day. It was so loud we could not spend time in our room. The air conditioner was broken and not fixed. We were treated rudley at dinner by the manager, which added to the tension in the atmosphere.“

„Excellent communication, and very quick reply to our messages. Linda was wonderful and very helpful. (She speaks perfect English as well) We arrived very late but she was waiting for us, explained how to reach the area. We got a welcome gift as well. The room was very clean, organised, with small little cute details. 😁 Swimming pool and sun beds available as well. Highly recommend. We spent a very nice time there.“

„We enjoyed a one night stay here. The room was comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoyed the onsite swimming pool. One reason why we stayed here was to be close to Florence. We were rewarded with a straight shot right into the east side of the city in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night. We lucked out and found parking just outside the city center. Upon our return, we used our room key to reenter the building and our apartment. One thing to note is there is steep hill from the parking area ...
