Guest access
- The pool is maintained year-round, even when it’s not swimming weather. Pool heated upon request. Please provide 3 day notice if you desire to heat the pool. An extra daily charge of $70 will apply to heat the pool.

-There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. This is a private pool, and children should never be left unattended.

- Please watch your vehicle doors when opening as it is a narrow driveway,
Driveway accommodates 4 vehicles. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway or on the street. A separate code will be provided after you check in to access the driveway gate.

- The front and back of the property is under surveillance via camera 24/7. Video doorbell with camera is next to the front door. Camera is located on the accessory dwelling facing the driveway.

-We take all kinds of requests from our guests to help customize the stay for their group or for the occasion. Don't hesitate to ask if we can do something for you!


Other things to note
No parties or events are allowed. Family gatherings are allowed, but only the number of guests registered are allowed on the property. Parties will result in an immediate cancellation.

No smoking or marijuana or other drugs on the property.
